How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery's progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return for a refund, minus shipping and handling.
Are Dr. Brandt products tested on animals?
No, Dr. Brandt Skincare is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
